PossessedHand teaches you to play an instrument, Evil Dead style

Learning an instrument can be difficultfor most people, it’s a time-consuming and frustrating endeavor. However, Sony Computer Science Laboratories in Japan has teamed up with the University of Tokyo to create something that will literally take control of your hand and teach you how to play a song.

The device is called PossessedHand, and it’s aptly named, since it appears that the users hand is possessed, a la Evil Dead style. The PossessedHand stimulates the muscles in your forearm by applying electrical stimuli to the muscles. The change of what most people know as the “norm” for the expected Apple iPhone 5 release date has signaled some tweaks that Apple are making to their business plan, and this has some users ranting over what it means to them. Jabra EASYCALL headset launched on AT&T stores exclusively

Jabra has been right there from the very beginning where Bluetooth headsets are concerned, I remember the extremely early days when colored displays on cell phones were just starting to proliferate, while those wearing Bluetooth headsets were seen to be like Borg walking on earth. Well, while colored displays on handsets are a given these days, it can still be quite hard to get used to those wearing Bluetooth headsets despite it being rather common.

This means the Bluetooth headset market is alive and kicking, and Jabra is making more than enough money to continue rolling out newer models.

nD portable gaming system shoots for $10 price tag

When Sony started brainstorming ideas for its new portable gaming system, the company decided to start with a price point and work backwards: $310. The mad geniuses at nD LLC had a similar idea, albeit infinitely more radical: deliver a pocketable gaming device for only $10.

Some of the features you might have come to expect from a modern system like the 3DS or PSP wont be included, like a 3D display or touch input. The nD does, however, pack some pretty decent internals. For starters, theres a 400Mhz CPU the DSi uses a pair running at 66Mhz and 33Mhz while the PSP runs at 333Mhz.
